The Rooftop Tea House Restaurant – The Seafood Based, Five Course ‘Taste Safari’ Degustation Menu is prepared daily by the Zanzibari Chefs. All ingredients are all Locally Sourced and fresh. The Sunset Hour is an integral and pleasurable part of the ‘Emerson Experience’ Diners are encouraged to arrive at anytime at around 6pm. to enjoy a ‘Sundowner’ before dinner. The First of the Five Courses is served at 7 p.m. Please note that the Tea House restaurant is closed on Thursdays and the Secret Garden on Wednesday evenings.
