Barry’s Beach Resort

The buildings are built in a unique local style using local materials. The resort is a luxury hotel on a quiet, pristine, white sand beach near Sange Village, 26km North of Saadani National Park and 43km south of Pangani Town on the East Cost of Tanzania.

The resort buildings are very close to the beach. All cottages have panoramic views of the Indian Ocean. The restaurant and bar has a second floor with breathtaking views of the beach, ocean and horizon, where you can enjoy a refreshing beverage, while our chefs serve up a variety of sumptuous foods and deserts to please any palate.

The area of beach is a private secluded hideaway for your relaxation and enjoyment. Allow  friendly, courteous staff to serve you while you relax on a sun bed under a swaying coconut palm watching the dhows sails by on the sparkling blue waters of the Indian Ocean.

This Place

The rooms are spacious and well appointed, all have similar floor plans. 5 cottages are wooden frame and 2 are brick frame. Both our Superior and Luxury rooms are equipped with spring mattresses and mattress foundations, desk and chair, fan, dresser, closet, luggage rack, hot water, sink, toilet, shower, towel rack and mosquito net. On the porch are two chairs and a small table. Roll away cots and extra single beds are available on request.
